Embracing the Future: Digital Client Intake for our Network Partners
Unlocking the door to efficiency, digital client intake with Service Insights transforms pantry operations into a seamless symphony. This digital technology streamlines data collection, enhances accuracy and speed while nurturing meaningful connections with clients. By adopting this innovative approach, pantries can paint a brighter, more organized picture of community support, ensuring that food distributed at their pantry reaches their neighbors with precision and care.
An Introduction to Service Insights
About Service Insights
Service Insights is a NO-COST, required distribution and intake software for our Network Partners.
Service Insights electronically and securely stores neighbor data on a shared network. This means we can use a single unified database of information, while still keeping neighbor visit data private to each partner. We can get a better understanding on what is driving food insecurity and what our neighbors need. It also means faster service and no more giant paper binders or outdated databases! The software is web-based and can be accessed from virtually any device.
What you need to know:
1. When neighbors visit your distribution, you can collect data with customizable intake questions. This data is stored securely for an easy check-in process when they return.
2. The data is presented in clear and insightful reports about your community and its needs. This helps with funding and advocacy efforts for our partners.
3. Additional features include Grant-funded Technology, the ability to take reservations, management of duplicate entries, TEFAP reporting, and data exports. Upcoming features include mass messaging and neighbor-facing software.

It’s fast and easy! Collect the information you receive from neighbors quickly in an easy-to-use web-based software, accessible on virtually any device!
It’s private and secure! Private client data stays with the agencies that serve them. Reports are anonymous and show aggregate statistical data about our communities, not individuals.
Gain insights about the people we serve. The data allows agencies and us as a Food Bank to better understand the needs of the community and how to serve them. These insights help us identify where households are coming from and where to allocate resources. With this data we can communicate the urgency of need and apply for grants, funding, and additional resources.
